Are you often rushing to the golf course, barely making it in time for your tee-off? If that's you, we've got a game-changing solution for you! In our latest video, we dive into a quick and effective golf warm-up routine that will get you ready to hit the course in just a few minutes. No more skipping the warm-up and risking injury or poor performance.

The episode kicks off with a focus on the hips, one of the most critical areas in your golf swing. We introduce the Hip CAR (Controlled Articular Rotation), a fantastic exercise to get your hips moving and blood flowing. By posting up on one leg and using your club for stability, you can bring your knee up, out, and around, ensuring your hips are fully activated. This movement prepares your hips for the rotation, extension, and flexion required in a powerful golf swing.

Next, we move to an overhead stretch with the club. This exercise is designed to activate the muscles around your shoulders and mid-back. By holding the club overhead and rotating as far as you can while keeping your pelvis stable, you ensure that your shoulders and mid-back are warmed up and ready for action. This stretch is essential for achieving a good range of motion and preventing injuries.

Finally, we introduce a golf hip hinge and rotation exercise. With your spine in a neutral position and your hands about twelve inches apart, you rotate side to side as far as you can. This movement might seem simple, but it significantly impacts your mid-back and torso, helping you achieve better rotation during your swing.

By following these three exercises, you ensure that your body is properly warmed up from the hips to the shoulders. This routine not only helps you feel more flexible but also reduces the risk of pulling a muscle in your low back or hips. And who knows, it might even help you hit the ball straighter!

Don't let a lack of time be an excuse for skipping your warm-up. Tune in to our latest episode and learn how to prepare your body quickly and effectively for your next round of golf. Your game will thank you for it!
