How to make delicious kkakdugi with autumn radishes.
Ingredient
2 radishes (3kg)
a handful of chives
1/2 onion
1/2 pear
4 tablespoons of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon of New Sugar
200ml of water
12 pieces of garlic
1 ginger
Seasoning:
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder
3 tablespoons of fish sauce
3 tablespoons of salted shrimp
2 tablespoons of plum juice(or sugar)
Sticky rice paste (2 tablespoons of sticky rice powder + 200 ml of water)
pear and onion juice
