Today I’m at a bakery called Matsupan in Chuoku, Fukuokashi, Fukuoka. Matsupan was
established in 2018 and is now a very popular bakery amongst the locals featuring over
100 types of bread made by the owner and chef Matsuoka-san. People are always in line
even on rainy days and it’s a place that you want to visit every day.
