Today I’m at Bakery House T&M in Mizumamachi, Kurume-shi, Fukuoka which was established in 2022. They are known for baking bread in small lots in order to constantly provide freshly baked bread.
Before opening this bakery, owner-chef Urakawa-san worked for 14 years at a famous bakery and was in charge of developing new products.
Please enjoy watching Urakawa-san and his team as they create some of the most exquisite bread that you have ever seen.
