Today I am at the bakery Liberte Pain Kumamoto, which is a popular family-owned bakery, located in Kumamotoshi, Kumamoto. It had always been Shoma’s dream since he was in high school to open a bakery and to do so, he apprenticed for 6 years and achieved his dream of opening this bakery with his parents. The popular mochi mochi milk bread which uses Shoma’s original Yudane and his colorful Toutons were featured in local TV shows and other media outlets.
