This might be the most simple and easiest ramen at home. The quality you get is pretty amazing. Many ramen chef spends hours in kitchen using the bones to make their home.

But here is the trick. Use the ground meat instead. It's packed full with Umami and you can make you bowl of ramen within in half hour or an hour.
