Ingredients
Flour type 00 - 450/500 g
Warm water - 250 ml
Sour cream or yogurt - 2 large spoons
seed oil - 3 tbsp
salt - 1 teaspoon
sugar - 1 teaspoon
dry yeast - 5 g or fresh yeast 15 g
Additional
1 egg + 3 tablespoons of water, for glaze
The dough will be very sticky, but do not add more flour than is in the recipe! So that they don't stick to your hands, grease your hands with oil!
Let the dough rise for 1 hour (at room temperature), then form balls that you let rest for 10 minutes, form long buns from the balls, and let them rise for 20 minutes before putting them in the oven! When the buns are raised well, brush them with egg and put them in the oven for about 35 minutes (until they are browned)
