You know very well that I am attentive to every comment, question, suggestion, and challenge you bring to me! Thanks to your input, I have accumulated a lot of experiment ideas. Today, I continue with video experiments on baking with sourdough starter.

I am here to address two suggestions:

Can we bake sourdough bread with an inactive starter?
While anyone can bake small bread, can you bake a 2 kg loaf?
