INGREDIENTS
200 grams green munggo
water for boiling
medium-large size papaya
1 tbsp. salt to dry and release the juice
salt and pepper to tase
powder seasoning (optional)
12 large or 24 pcs. small longganisa (lucban) fry until brown
Dough
800 ml. water
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. achuete powder
2 and 1/2 tbsp. oil
500 grams Rice flour
add 200 ml. more water if needed
small egg to fill in the center
oil for frying
