I have a hard time with (some) changes. Typically, change has been easy for me, but I find as I get older that I am less able to so easily give up any peace that I have attained because life is often so hectic. I find, though, that when I finally accept the change, I am relieved to finally be facing it. In this case, we got a new animal on the homestead: cows! I was so nervous about how they would change things for us that I initially didn't want them. My attitude shifted as I got to know the cows, and now I'm glad I made the change!
