My dear exercisers, welcome to my YouTube channel for a new home strength training for beginners and women over 40, featuring full-body weight training exercises.

The training consists of a total of 8 exercises, which target the whole body, and are done with weights (1, 2 or 3 kg).

The exercises are performed one after the other and repeated in circles (there are 3 of them in total). The sets are at intervals of 30 seconds, and between two exercises there is a 10-second break, to prepare for the next exercise.

At the end of the circuit, there is a 30-second break, which is used for recovery and a sip or two of water.

At the beginning of the training, it is mandatory to warm up, in order to prepare the body before this training:
   • 7 minuta – Vežbe za zagrevanje pre tr...  
and finally stretching, to relax the muscles and cool the body:
   • Istezanje posle treninga - 10 minuta  

Exercising at home (home training) has the same effect as if it was done in a fitness club. It is important to be persistent, persistent and patient and the results will be visible very quickly.
