🔔 Stewed Potatoes. (1T=rice spoon)
3~4 potatoes (700g), 40g green onions, 2 green chili peppers, 1/2T salt (5g), 1T corn syrup, 4T soy sauce, 1T myeolchi aekjeot, 3T mirin, 1T Jocheung, 1T minced garlic (10g), 1T red pepper powder (8g), 300ml water, 1T sesame oil.

✨ Stewed Potatoes. (Refer to the video for the detailed recipe.)
1. Slice the potatoes.
2. Soak in water for 5 minutes. Rinse in water after 5 minutes.
3. Add 1/2T salt (5g) and 1T corn syrup to the potatoes, mix, and leave for 10 minutes.
4. Slice the green onions and green chili peppers.
5. Make the seasoning. [Soy sauce 4T, myeolchi aekjeot 1T, mirim 3T, Jocheung 1T, minced garlic 1T (10g), red pepper powder 1T (8g)].
6. Add potatoes, seasoning, and 300ml of water to the pan. Close the lid and boil over high heat.
+ When the water boils, cook for 3 minutes.
+ After 3 minutes, change to medium heat and boil for 5 more minutes.
7. Add green chili peppers and green onions. Close the lid and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
8. Turn off the heat and sprinkle 1T of sesame oil evenly.
