🔔 Korean melon kkakdugi. (1T=rice spoon)
4~5 Korean melons (1.5kg), ½ onion (90g), 30g green onion, 1T salt (15g), 3T red pepper powder (30g), 1T minced garlic (10g), 1/2T minced ginger (4g), 3T myeolchi aekjeot, 1T Saeu-jeot (salted shrimp), 1T sesame seeds.
✨ Korean melon kkakdugi. (Refer to the video for the detailed recipe.)
1. Clean and slice the Korean melon.
2. Add 1T salt (15g) to the Korean melon, mix, and leave for 30 minutes.
3. Strain the Korean melon that has been pickled for 30 minutes.
4. Pour hot water evenly over the melon.
+ Spread it out as is and leave for 30 minutes. 5. Slice onion and green onion.
6. After 30 minutes, add 3T (30g) of red pepper powder to Korean melon and mix.
7. Add 1T (10g) of minced garlic, 1/2T (4g) of minced ginger, 3T of myeolchi aekjeot, and 1T of Saeu-jeot (salted shrimp) and mix.
8. Add 1T of onion, green onion, and sesame seeds and mix.
9. Store in a container in the refrigerator.
