Ingredients
300 g peeled and shredded carrots
300 g almond flour
150 g sweetener of your choice (I used Xylitol)
3 eggs
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
2 pinches of nutmeg
salt
200ml coconut cream
1 tbsp sweetener
walnut pieces
chocolate chunks
8'' cake tin
Baking time is approximately 30-35 min.
350F/170C
