The US Navy EA-18G Growler Team performed a mind-blowing aerobatic demonstration featuring numerous vapor-filled high-speed passes before forming with an F4U Corsair and F-35C for the US Navy Tailhook Legacy Flight.
The single-ship pilot flew the paint off this EA-18G. And the legacy flight with the F-35C and F4U was fire, great US Navy Demo! After the legacy flight formation broke the growler and F-35C Demo Team performed some crazy sneak passes! You'll notice that on Friday the Air Show practice day, there are some shots of the Legacy Flight performed by the EA-18G Growler Two Ship!
This was filmed during the Friday practice day show and the Air Show days on Saturday & Sunday at the 2024 Spirit of St. Louis Airshow in Chesterfield, Missouri. The reason for the single ship flying on Saturday & Sunday was due to the practice day demo one of the teams overstressed the wing and they had to ground the jet for the rest of the weekend.
