Join us as we watch the MAGTF Demo (Marine Air-Ground Task Force) at the Cherry Point Air Show 2024. This is footage from both Saturday & Sunday.

Almost all the USMC aircraft take to the sky in an epic show of force! This was the 1st time I saw the USMC acting in this epic war zone-like demo. It was awesome to see the Legacy F/A-18 Hornets flying with the AV-8B Harrier II along with the ultimate fighting matching the F-35B Lightning II.

The AH-1Z Viper and UH-1Y Venom stole the show as they provided Close Air Support and escort duty for the CH-53E Super Stallion, and CH-53K King Stallion. This is a very rare outing for the brand-new CH-53K King Stallion. It's cool to see these massive helicopters in action in the troop transport roll. Then as the Marines jumped out of the troop transports they stormed the show flight line and took care of business.

Then to top it all off each day they had a show-stopping 800ft wall of fire aka epic pyrotechnics! The perfect Cherry on top was the KC-130J Super Hercules simulating a mid-are refuel to get everyone safely back to home base!
