"No risk, no fun" is how pastry chef Christian Böckeler from Bühl cheerfully comments on the fact that he has to drive the five-tier wedding cake a good 40 kilometers up a winding road to the Black Forest. The 28-year-old pastry chef of the year invested many hours of work to create the cake of passion fruit rice cream and chocolate mousse according to the bride and groom's wishes.
