This quick splits routine is perfect if you don't have a lot of time and are looking for an effective routine to help you get your splits!

I recommend you do this everyday for at least 2 weeks in the mornings and at night so you can see more results! Also, please remember that you do not have to look exactly like the pose in this video, do your best: you should feel a slight discomfort, not pain!
