This warmup is perfect to do before your leg day workouts! It is a mobility warm up that will help you to prevent injuries, improve performance and increase flexibility!

This active stretching routine is beginner friendly and there is no need for equipment. It is also perfect to activate your glutes, to do before your running sessions and to activate your bpm as well as your metabolism.
