Bread recipe and ingredients:

420 ml warm water.
30 grams sugar.
14 grams dry yeast.
Stir until sugar and yeast dissolve.
210 grams flour.
Mix until there are no lumps left.
Cover the dough and leave to rise in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
The yeast has activated well.
Add 60 ml of olive oil.

Mix everything well.

Continue kneading the dough on the table.
Transfer the dough to a bowl greased with olive oil.
