Ingredient-
For dal makhni- 2cup whole black urad dal, 1 cup moong dal(whole), 1 cup rajmah, 1/2 cup chana dal,onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, masala, kasuri methi
jeera rice- 3 cup rice, jerra 2 spoon, chopped onion, garlic ,ginger
process-
socked the dal for overnight, wash them and pressure cook dal with whole garam masala and salt.
Add mustred oil into a kedhai cook sliced onion, ginger, garlic,green chilli and tomato untill it becomes soft. Now keep it for cool and make a smooth paste. Now take the same kedhai add mustred oil, 1 spoon whole jeera, garam masala, 1 bay leaves into the oil. Now add the paste into it after 2 mintes add the dry masala( jeera, dhania, red chilli) powder with haldhi and salt and cook them properly.when the masala was cook add the boiled dal into itand cook them 20 mintes when the gravy becomes thick mesh some dal and garam masala and kasuri methi & butter.dal makhni was ready.
For jeera rice chopped half of galic, ginger and 1 onion. Now add 1spoon oil & butter into the cooker, add 2spoon jeera ,garam masala, chopped onion, garlic, ginger. After that add 1/2 kg socked rice cook them well and add water as required.
