Ingredient- Mutton 1 kg, onion 6(medium),ginger,garlic & green chilli paste 4 spoon, yogurt- 250gm,salt( as required),haldhi powder 1 spoon, jeera powder 1spoon, red chilli powder 1 spoon.
To make masala- Take 1spoon sahi jeera, 1 spoon corriander, 1 spoon black papper, gram masala, 3 red chilli & 2 bay leaves.
Process-
Step1-Marinate the mutton for 2hrs with ginger,garlic,chilli paste & jeera powder, haldhi powder & red chilli powder
step2- Prepere masala(dry roast 1 Spoon jeera, coriander, black pepper, gram masala,3 red chilli & 2 bay leaves)grind it.
Step3- add mustred oil in the kadhai add chopped onion to make the process faster add salt. When onion becomes soft add the marinated mutton with 2 spoon masala and cook until 70% mutton cook( no need to add extra water).If u cook in kadhai it will take 40 mintes.
step4- Now add 2spoon masala in 250 gm of dahi mix them well and add into the mutton. Again cook the mutton with dahi for 30 mintes.
Step5- when mutton release oil them slow down the gas and add garam masala.
Mutton kassa was ready to serve.
