Enjoy my first attempt at smoked sausage. It was easier than I expected and resulted in a fantastic dinner. We ended up using the leftover hot Italian sausage as pizza topping (100% recommend), and and some the other leftovers with eggs and sweet potato hash browns for breakfast (also 100% recommend). All in all, I'd say this was a huge success!
