How to smoke sausages using a pellet smoker. This easy walk through on how to get more out of the humble snag was made as so many people i talked to didn’t realise you could in fact smoke sausages. I tend to always throw a couple in the smoker while smoking larger cuts, this gives me a snack while waiting but you can smoke a lot and feed an army.

As with all my recipes I run through the selection, preparation, seasoning, BBQ set up, times and temps, so you can recreate this recipe at home.

As always, cheers for watching
