These delicious cakes conquered my family's taste buds. They are delicious and easy to make.
Your family will thank you for these cakes!

*Ingredients for sponge cake:
8 eggs size M
150 g of sugar (3/4 cup)
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
150 g of flour (1.1/4 cups)
50 g cornstarch (1/4 cup)
4 tablespoons of melted butter
🌡️ Bake for 50-60 minutes at 170°C (338F)

*Chocolate glaze:
2 spoons of powdered sugar
60 g of black cocoa (1/2 cup)
Juice from half a lemon
250 ml of hot water (1 cup)
100 g of melted dark chocolate (1/2 cup)
Coconut flakes

*Blueberry cream
300 ml of whipping cream
2 spoons of powdered sugar
2 generous tablespoons of mascarpone
1-2 tablespoons of blueberry jam
