1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
10 g butter
1 onion
2 carrots
4 large potatoes
3 cloves of garlic
Parsley:

Sauce:
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp tomato paste
3 tsp grainy mustard
3 tbsp soy sauce
Juice of half a lemon
