Recipe 1:
2 sheets of puff pastry of 250 gr / 8.8 oz.
Water.
2 teaspoons of sugar.
Bake at 180 C / 355 F for 18-20 minutes.
2 eggs.
100 gr / 3.5 oz sugar (4/5 cup).
45 gr / 1.5 oz corn starch (2 tablespoons).
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
700 ml / 23.5 fluid ounces (3 cups).
Bring to the boil while stirring constantly.
Bake the other sheet of puff pastry for 18-20 minutes at 180 C / 355 F.
Cover with cling film.
1 can of peaches in syrup.
Reserve one cup of syrup.
60 gr / 2 ounces sugar (1/4 cup).
30 gr / 1 ounce cornstarch (1.5 tablespoons).
Cook until you get this texture, 5-6 minutes over low heat.
Stir occasionally.
Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Recipe 2:
3 eggs.
3 egg yolks.
30 g sugar (1 ounce).
3 egg whites and 90 g sugar (3 oz).
1 pinch of salt.
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Beat for 6-7 minutes.
Carefully mix the egg white with the egg yolk.
170 g flour (6 ounces).
Baking pan 27 x 18 cm (10 x 7 inches).
Bake at 180C (356F) for 25 minutes.
1 egg.
70 g sugar (2.5 ounces).
1 teaspoon vanilla essence.
30 g cornstarch (1 ounce).
30 g flour (1 ounce).
500 ml milk (17 fl oz).
350 g peaches in syrup (12 oz).
150 ml water (5 fl oz).
60 g sugar (2 ounces).
40 g cornstarch (1.4 oz).
Peach jam.
Grated coconut (optional).
Keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Recipe 3:
2 eggs.
70 grams of sugar (2.5 ounces).
70 g yogurt (2.5 oz).
100 g butter at room temperature (3.5 oz).
1 pinch of salt.
290 g flour (10 ounces).
1 teaspoon baking powder.
27 x 18 cm (10 x 7 inch) baking pan with parchment paper.
4 eggs.
Separate the egg yolk from the egg white.
100 grams of sugar (3.5 ounces).
30 g cornstarch (1 oz).
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
300 ml milk (10 fl oz).
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
2 apples.
Bake at 180 C (356 F) for 20 minutes.
4 egg whites.
130 grams of sugar (4.5 ounces).
Juice of 1/2 lemon.
Beat for 6-7 minutes until you get this texture.
40 g laminated almonds (1.4 oz).
Bake at 160 C (320 F) for 40 minutes.
