Pepero cookie sticks (length 11.5cm wide 1.5cm for 40 sticks)
250g butter
120g sugar
100g eggs, a small amount of vanilla extract
400g soft flour
almond powder 100g (can be replaced with soft flour)

✔️White Pepero (6-8 pieces)
white chocolate for coating 60g, couverture white chocolate 30g,chocolate cracker, bear cereal

✔️Strawberry Pepero (6-8 pieces)
white chocolate for coating 60g, ruby chocolate 30g (can be replaced with 90g strawberry chocolate for coating) strawberry dice, pistachios

✔️Oreo Pepero (6-8 pieces)
white chocolate for coating 60g, couverture white chocolate 30g, Oreo powder 25g
*topping: Oreo powder 10g

✔️Milk Caramel Pepero (6-8 pieces)
milk chocolate for coating 60g, couverture white chocolate 30g, caramel pretzel, peanut

✔️Matcha Pepero (6-8 pieces)
White chocolate for coating 60g, couverture white chocolate 30g, matcha powder 1.5g, green tea crunch

[Storage method]
We recommend that you keep it sealed and store it in a cool place and consume it with in 3-5 days. It is not recommended because water drops on the surface when chocolate is coated and put in the refrigerator or freezer!
