➖CACHOPO OF BEEF➖

📝INGREDIENTS:
🔸 Beef steaks 2 steaks
🔸Iberian ham 4 slices
🔸Cheese 2 slices
🔸Egg
🔸Flour
🔸Breadcrumbs
🔸Oil for frying
🔸Black pepper
🔸Salt

🔥 PREPARATION:
▪️1. Stretch the veal fillets, cover with baking paper and spread out.
▪️2. Put a little salt and fill with ham and cheese.
▪️3. Close the cachopo with another fillet.
▪️4. Pass the cachopo through flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
▪️5. Fry in hot oil.

🔍 TIPS:
🔹This beef cachopo can be filled with jerky and goat cheese.
🔹 Accompany this cachopo with some chips and a salad.
