Loves, Angels, it is time to workout your lower body!

We’re gracing your screens again with a brand new RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT that you never knew you needed until now! Focusing on stabilising and strengthening the lower body (mainly thighs and bum ;) and with little recovery we’ll be working on keeping those parts engaged; so you’ll really feel the intensity here.

You will need a resistance band for this workout - but the strength is entirely down to you!

We advise you do this 2 to 3 times a week and pair it with one of our upper body exercise videos to create a lengthier and more intense full body workout!
