THE DEWAGURU TANTU PANGGELARAN VERSION

Dewaguru is a leader and teacher at kadewaguruan, or a place of religious education in ancient Javanese times. The understanding of kadewaguruan began to receive great attention from historical researchers, and became one of the factors that answered the puzzle of Javanese education in the classical era. The place for their teaching, namely the kadewaguruan, is sometimes also called the mandala, because its structure forms circles of concentric levels, with the center being the center and the holiest.
