✍🏻 Ingredients:
* Tamarind (इमली) - 250 Gm
* Dates (खजूर) - 250 Gm
* Jaggery (गुड़) - 200-250 Gm
* Water (पानी) - As Required
* Black Salt (काला नमक) - 1 Tbsp
* Cumin Seeds Powder (जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Dry Ginger Powder (सौंठ) - 1/2 Tbsp
* Salt (नमक) - 1 Tbsp
* Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
* Dry Mango Powder (अमचूर) - 1 Tbsp
* Asafoetida Powder (हींग पाउडर) - 1/4 Tbsp
* Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - Some

✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐈𝐦𝐥𝐢 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐱, wash seedless Tamarind and Dates, soak for 2-3 hours separately. Grind Tamarind and filter the pulp. Then remove Date Seeds and grind them by adding some Water. Keep the pan for heating, and add Tamarind Pulp and Dates Pulp. Stir continuously and cook well. When the pulp starts boiling add Jaggery and cover and cook for 15-20 minutes. After that add spices like Black Salt, roasted Cumin Powder, Dried Ginger Powder, White Salt, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Asafetida/Hing Powder, and Black Pepper Powder and cook till it turns thick. Spread the mixture around the wok and leave overnight by covering it. Finally, take out the mixture on a plate and make small balls. Wrap it with polythene and give it a toffy shape.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐲, keep the pan for heating and add Imli Toffy and Water. Cook and mix well then take it out into a bowl. Garnish with Melon Seeds, Fruits, or Dry Fruits.
