EASY VANILLA SPONGE CAKE
* 1 Cup maida flour (200 grams)
* 3 Eggs
* 3/4 cups oil
* 1 cup sugar
* 1 Teaspoons Baking powder
* 1 or 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Essence
* Method
* Take Bowl
* Break the eggs into the bowl
* Add Sugar and with the help of beater mix well for 1 minute
* Add Vanilla Essence
* Add Maida
* Add oil
* Add Baking powder and mix well and make Smooth Batter
* Take Tin Grease with oil and dust with maida and put batter into tin and bake in oven for about 180% degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
* And your soft sponge cake is ready to eat.
