I'm changing it up this week! Grab your jumprope! It's cardio time!
Stretch first!
Warm-up 5 minutes (walk or jogging)
⏰After warming-up and stretching, set a timer to 10 minutes then start jumping, you can take a break but limit it to less than :30 secs.
Jumping rope is a full-body workout, so it burns more calories in a short time meaning in 10 minutes you can burn a lot. For an average-sized person, jumping rope might even burn more than 10 calories a minute. The goal is to push yourself to keep moving!
