Hey loves! Welcome back to my channel!

Here is another 10 minutes challenge! This week we are working on our ABS!
OMG I struggled doing this workout! These exercises used to be so easy for me but WE ARE GETTING BACK IN SHAPE! We may struggle but we will get STRONGER!

Let’s do this workout X3 this week!

Stretch first!

Warm-up 5 to 10 minutes (Jumprope, walking or running)

⏰After warming-up and stretching, set a timer to 10 minutes to complete this circuit. Take :10 seconds break between each exercise and 1 minute break after each round. 💪🏾

✅10 Cross Mountain Climbers
✅10 Bicycles
✅10 Russian Twists
✅10 Sit-ups
