This delicious strawberry roulade is very easy to make and tastes incredibly delicious.
Follow the description exactly and the sponge cake will be a success!
Recipe:
5 egg whites
5 egg yolks
1 pinch of salt
90g/ 3.2oz light wheat flour
1/2 pack baking powder (8g/0.3oz)
90g/3.2oz sugar
500g/17.6oz strawberries
(weight of the strawberries unpeeled)
1 pack of cream stiffener
Vanilla sugar as desired
powdered sugar

Bake:
8-10 minutes
190 degrees / 375F with top and bottom heat
170 degrees / 340F with hot air
