Indescribably delicious puff pastry filled with a mixture of vanilla and quark and as
Topping almonds.

Recipe:
1 large package of puff pastry (375-400g, 13-14oz)
Take the puff pastry out of the fridge about half an hour beforehand
250g/ 9oz curd
40g/1.4oz sugar
1/2 pack of vanilla pudding powder, alternatively 20g/0.7oz cornstarch and vanilla)
1 egg
1 pack of vanilla sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon milk
chopped almonds
powdered sugar

Bake:
20-25 minutes at 180 degrees / 350 F with top and bottom heat
