Double chocolate cake
The most chocolate cake I have ever tasted.
Ingredients for the cake:
275 grams of flour
300 grams of sugar
Cocoa powder 60 grams
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
160 grams of liquid oil
5 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup of hot water
160 grams of milk
2 tablespoons of white vinegar
Ingredients for the filling:
Confectionery cream 350 grams
Melted chocolate 60 grams
Cocoa powder 10 grams
100 grams of cream cheese

It is better to use Dutch cocoa powder.
Moisten the cake layers with milk.
After cooling, divide the cake into three equal parts.
Be sure to let the chocolate cool, then add it to the filling ingredients.
25 cm mold
Oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes
