Homemade baklava recipe with a combination of three unique flavors
Ingredients for the first layer:
Chopped pistachios 70 grams
Honey milk 30 grams
White chocolate 20 grams
Cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
Mix all the ingredients together to form a paste.
Place in a nylon mold and pour the ingredients into the mold and press it completely.
You can add some green food coloring to make it more colorful.
Ingredients for the second layer:
Coconut powder 90 grams
40 grams of honey milk
Mix the ingredients together to form a paste.
Pour on the first layer and press completely.
Ingredients for the third layer:
A packet of vermicelli
50 grams of butter
Honey milk 200 grams
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 tablespoons of brewed saffron
Rose water 2 tablespoons
Chop the vermicelli and put it in a frying pan and roast it on low heat for about 15 minutes.
Add the butter and fry the vermicelli for another 20 minutes until golden.
Add honey milk, cardamom powder, saffron and rose water.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly, then pour on the second layer and press completely.
Leave the baklava in the refrigerator for an hour and then cut it to the desired size.
