ℹ️ Information:
The recipes of the most famous Roman pasta dishes of true Roman cuisine prepared in Rome by a talented Chef in a small but delightful restaurant a short distance from the Vatican Museums in Rome.
Nothing, absolutely nothing prepared to host a camera in the kitchen! All natural with the restaurant open on a normal working evening, all in an informal and spontaneous context, just the way I like it, so I hope you appreciate the genuineness of this video.
I therefore made an impromptu visit to the famous restaurant "Il Panzotto", by my friend Chef Antonio who, as the orders (customer orders) came out, accepted to show us his work and tell us the recipes of these simple but great traditional Roman dishes.
We will then see how to prepare wonderful pasta dishes, Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara, Amatriciana and also a dish of crispy bacon and a Saltimbocca alla Romana, all cooked with high quality raw materials.
Thanks again to Antonio and the kind owner of this excellent restaurant in Rome and congratulations to all the staff.
