Originally shot in 2020 for a Film Riot sponsored contest, Daughter of Darkness is a short proof of concept for a supernatural action film of the same name. To celebrate the start of spooky season in 2021, we've decided to release it, publicly!

Following clues left behind by her mother, Stella embarks on a quest to find the father she never met, but discovers that there are far more lies in her life than truths.

The full scope of her story, should it someday be told in feature film or series, will mesh gothic horror, occult fantasy, and pulse-pounding action into one woman's mission across Hell and Earth. All while she battles her very literal inner demons and realizes the darkness within her may not be as innate as it seems.
