This minced meat recipe looks very nice. This is how they cook in the restaurant. You can make it at home with my recipe.

Ingredients:
500 g of minced pork.
300 g minced chicken.
2 eggs.
150 g of sour cream.
3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
Salt and pepper.
1 teaspoon Provence herbs.
1 teaspoon meat seasoning.
1 onion.
Oil.
Grate 1 carrot.
Add to onion.
Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Grease the baking dish with butter.
Arrange the meat.
100 g (0.2 lb) cheese.
Place the minced meat on top.
Spread with ketchup.

Bake at 180°C/356°F for 40 minutes.

3 cucumbers.
100 g of cherry tomatoes.
1/2 red onion.
1/2 pepper.
Salt and pepper.
1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.

Olive oil.
