Untuk menyambut Hari Raya Idul Fitri hari ini saya membagikan cara membuat sayur lontong atau sayur ketupat yang gurih banget untuk hidangan Lebaran. Sayur lontong atau sayur ketupat sangat favorit di Hari Lebaran. Sayur ini selalu menjadi hidangan wajib untuk disantap dengan lontong atau ketupat. Cara memasak sayur lontong atau sayur ketupat sangat mudah, bahan-bahannya murah meriah dan bisa dibeli di pasar atau supermarket. Sayur lontong ini banyak ragamnya seperti sayur lontong Betawi, sayur lontong Medan, sayur lontong Minangkabau, dan lain-lain.
Selain ciri khas Lebaran, sayur lontong atau lontong sayur banyak juga yang dijual di pinggir jalan sebagai street food terutama di kota besar seperti Jakarta.

BAHAN-BAHAN :
Labu siam 250 gram
Buncis 250 gram
Wortel 250 gram
Tempe goreng 250 gram
Tahu goreng 250 gram
Bawang merah 180 gram atau 22 siung bawang merah Indonesia yang kecil
Bawang putih 6 siung
Cabe merah besar 8 buah
Ketumbar bubuk 1 sendok makan peres
Kemiri 5 butir
Kunyit 3 cm
Jahe 3 cm
Lengkuas 3 cm
Serai 1 batang
Daun salam 3 lembar
Gula merah 15 gram (1/4 bagian dari gula lingkaran kecil)
Udang ebi 50 gram
Santan 400 cc
Garam 1 sendok makan peres atau sesuai selera
Minyak goreng secukupnya
Air 1,5 liter
Bawang goreng secukunya (optional)

Shallots 180 grams or 22 small Indonesian shallots
Garlic 6 cloves
8 large red chilies
Coriander powder 1 tablespoon squeezed
Candlenut 5 grains
Turmeric 3 cm
Ginger 3 cm
Galangal 3 cm
Lemongrass 1 stick
3 pieces of bay leaf
15 grams of brown sugar (1/4 part of small circle sugar)
Ebi shrimp 50 grams
Coconut milk 400 cc
Salt 1 tablespoon squeezed or to taste
Right amount of oil
1.5 liters of water
Fried onions to taste (optional)
