Sitka was having pain in the medial knee, and we noticed some foot pronation which I believe is the root cause in this case. The assessment revealed some issues in the toe flexors, tibialis posterior tendon, plantar fascia, and Achilles tendon. She had some intense sensation and reaction to the treatment, and we worked through it.

We also worked the medial knee tendons, especially the sartorius and semitendinosus.
