I made kkakdugi that has a crunchy texture.

Ingredients
1kg radish (one small radish)
5 stalks of chives
a quarter of an onion
1/3 cup of red pepper powder

Sauce :
2 tbsps of sand lance sauce
2 tbsps of salted shrimp
2 tbsps of minced garlic
1 tbsp of salt
2 tbsps of sugar
