Jen will provide clear and easy-to-follow instructions, ensuring that you feel supported and comfortable throughout the session. You don't need any prior experience or flexibility to participate – just bring your open mind and willingness to explore the practice of yoga.

The class will begin with a gentle warm-up to wake up your body and prepare you for the subsequent postures. We'll then move through a series of foundational yoga poses, incorporating mindful breathing techniques to help you find harmony between body and mind. Each pose will be explained in detail, with modifications provided for those who may need them.
