This yin yoga for full body class is practiced primarily in a supine position on our back. Postures target the tissue of the lower back, hips, and spine. We'll focus on expanding our awareness into the sensations of the body, with space to breathe and rest between postures. Our full body yin yoga practice ends with a seated meditation to connect with our somatic experience of practice and an expanded space of awareness.
Namaste, Kristen
