Ichiran has several locations in New York City. We went to the coolest neighborhood in Brooklyn, Willamsburg, to try some of the best ramen I've ever had. The ramen was a bone broth style called Tonkotsu. The broth was rich and thick, which warms up your bones on a cold New York winter day. The service and food were excellent. If you are visiting Japan or in the New York area I recommend having a bowl of Ichiran ramen.
