So, today's the day that I eventually get to try Japan's famous ICHIRAN ramen!! As you'll see in the video, the entire concept of this restaurant chain is to have little to no interaction or communication with anyboy, not fellow diners, or the staff.

A very weird concept for anybody who's not Japanese, however I loved it. And the noodles and soul, wow, pleasantly surprised. Add a side of glazed fatty pork and seaweed, now we're talking. This bowl of ramen was very good. I also loved the way you can choose your desired stick strength, thickness of noodles & spiciness level.
