Today I show you Ichiran Ramen in Brooklyn NY. Probably the PERFECT bowl of ramen! “Fresh Ramen, Made in Brooklyn” is clearly scrawled on Ichiran‘s signage at its Brooklyn location. The outpost is the Japanese chain’s first U.S. spot, which opened mid-October and received much fanfare for it’s delicious bowls of soupy goodness. With “fresh” being an important factor to what makes great ramen, Ichiran has also constructed its own noodle-making facility in the same space as the restaurant. The noodles are made strictly for the BK location, streamlining the process of serving top-notch ramen for any visitor.
